That is the only picture the Manufacture provided for us. I assure you this is for a left handed person.

I was able to find a size chart for one of the Brunswick wrist supports. On your dominant hand, measure from the base of your palm to the tip of your longest finger, in inches. (Size of Hand = Size of Positioner) 6 3/4" – 7" = Small | 7" – 7 1/4" = Medium | 7 1/4" – 7 3/4" = Large | 7 3/4" – 8" = X-Large

Brunswick does not have a size chart for the Shot Repeater listed but they do have a size chart on their website for the Bionic wrist support so you may be able to use this to get an idea of the size on the Shot Repeater: https://brunswickbowling.com/products/accessories/gloves-supports/bionic-positioner
