Shipping is free, no matter how many items or how heavy or how far they must go within the continental USA. Many times our shipping cost exceeds $30 to $40 on a single order. The Packaging Fee is PER ORDER, not per item, so you could order 50 items, pay no shipping, only the one-time, per order charge of $5.95. This Packaging Fee is standard on many sites and is a set amount to help defray the cost of packaging and stocking items. There is no Packaging Fee for orders that contain only gift certificate purchases.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please follow these guidelines:

Pack it up securely: Make sure your item is packaged securely within 60 days of receiving it. Use both protective packaging and whatever the manufacturer provided to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

Get an RMA Number: Before sending your item back, you'll need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This is important! Just click here to get started. Every return requires an RMA number.

Heads up on Refused Packages: If you refuse a package without notifying us first, you may be subject to additional fees. To avoid this, please contact us before making that decision.

Condition of Return: Items being returned must be in their original condition—unused, undrilled, and in the same condition as when you received them.

If you purchased shoes, please try on your new shoes on a dry clean surface, to make sure they fit correctly. We cannot accept returned shoes that have been used or worn on the lanes. Shoes must be in perfect condition to be returned.

Exclusions: We cannot accept returns on discontinued or closeout items. These items are final sale, so please choose carefully. Gift certificates are non-refundable.

Processing and Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible. Please allow 2 weeks for your refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.

No Exchanges: While we don’t offer exchanges, we’re happy to issue a refund or store credit as long as the returned product meets our policy. We recommend placing a new order for the replacement item you need while we process your return, so you can get your new gear as quickly as possible.

If a pricing error occurs, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.
