The rumors are true, this shoe runs SMALL. Normally I wear a 8 1/2 so I ordered a 9 1/2 & they fit perfectly. It's a good looking shoe just not very comfortable as I hoped. They feel ok but there's not much of a padding. A ok beginner shoe so I will continue to use them.

Run VERY Small & Wide
These shoes run extremely small. I am always an 8.5 in athletic shoes. I ordered a 9 after reading that these run small. They are still pinching my toes. I would have needed at least a 9.5. They are also very wide. They look fine, but that doesn't do much good if they dont' fit.

If during the first year of normal use, your new shoes are damaged due to a manufacturing defect in workmanship or materials, bowling.com will replace your shoes free of charge! With the Platinum Protection Plan, there is no need to wait for a lengthy manufacturer warranty claim. We will replace your shoes immediately. The shoes must be purchased from bowling.com, claims must be made within 1 year of order date and the insurance must be purchases at time of order. The shoes must be returned for inspection and there will be an immediate replacement. The Platinum Protecion is non-refundable once the item has been received by the customer.

The True Fit is an option which will help speed up the exchange process when you change this same model shoe to a different size until you get the size that fits. The True Fit does not cover exchanges for different shoe models or returns for credit back. Also the True Fit is non-refundable after the order is placed so if you did not use this, then it could not be refunded.
