Get it now!
Don't know why I waited so long to get this because the Envy Tour is a BESAST! I've used it on heavy, medium and light oil...this ball moves no matter what! Looking forward to getting more games on it, but love that I have a ball for heavy conditions that allows me to move in and know that it will still crush the pocket.

Punched this ball to give me a stronger benchmark option and it did not disappoint. Smooth in the front and a very predictable motion down lane. Great for medium to heavier patterns.

Hammer Envy Tour
Early Hook and smooth transition. This ball is an early roll hook monster like the Envy, but smoother off the back of the pattern. The coverstock at 1000 grit reads early but the low rg of 2.469 and the diff of .034 and intermediate of .013 make the ball a very smooth downlane ball. It controls harder patterns very well, as it does not jump offline. It digs into oil and continues downlane. Its shape reminds me of urethane, but on steroids. This ball is great for stroker, tweener bowlers, or bowlers who are speed dominant. I can't throw it in league for long, but in the tournament bag it goes!

Strong and Continuous
The envy tour is a versatile beast to say the least. Out of the box it ate long patterns up and gave me all the motion I needed. Once it got a few games in it and some lane shine I was able to still play deep but also play up the boards as well. If you’re a tournament player this will be a staple in your bag.

A Must Have Big Ball to have in your Bag
The Hammer Envy Tour is the big ball in my arsenal that allows me to play on oily lane conditions. I have never thrown the Envy line, but really glad I put this ball in my new arsenal. The Hammer Envy Tour is incredibly smooth, yet very strong on oily lane conditions. The Envy Tour picks up much sooner than the Obsession Tour down lane. This ball allows bowlers to adjust the surface to adjust to multiple lane conditions. The drill pattern in this ball was very simple, as I kept the pin and CG close to my span to ensure I get a very clean and consistent roll through the heads and off the spot. This ball is a must have if you were ever a fan of the Obsession line of Hammer bowling balls.

Hammer Envy Tour
As a big fan of the Obsession Tour, this new piece became an instant favorite! While the Envy was pretty aggressive on the lane, the Envy Tour gives that much smoother roll that we've come to expect from Tour releases. For me, the Envy Tour is slightly earlier than the Obsession Tour and a bit stronger down lane and soooooo versatile. Do not miss out on this ball!!

Envy Tour
Great compliment to the Envy. Where the envy is an absolute hook monster the Envy tour is smoother and rounder shaped motion. Responsive to friction but not jumpy. Great middle of the bag piece. Can handle higher volumes of oil no problem. This is an absolutely great add to every tournament players bag.

Adam Barta's review of the Envy Tour
This ball is off the charts good. This ball is compared to the Obsession Tour but a tad earlier and stronger off the spot. The fact that this is a solid black bowling ball gives it the added assurance that it is going to roll great. This ball can be used on all types of patterns because it is great with surface and even polished. This is one of the smoothest and most predictable bowling balls I have ever thrown. If you have any questions for me feel free to message me on Facebook on my page Adam Barta "Barta Nation".

Strong and Controllable
The Envy Tour is quickly becoming another favorite, that Hammer has released.
Just like the Obsession Tour, the Envy Tour is a step up, in a very good way. The Envy Tour is a bit earlier and stronger off the spot. But, still controllable with plenty of energy and continuation.

Strength and Control
The Envy Tour is a fantastic benchmark ball that gives a great combination of strength and control. This will become a go to ball on harder patterns or just anything will a little more volume. It's going to get a ton of use in tournament season, especially come Nationals.

Hammer does it again
The Hammer Envy Tour is so smooth and strong it has quickly become a staple in the bag. I was/am a big fan of the Obsession Tour and this is a very similar ball shape with just more of it. The Envy Tour picks up sooner but continues its drive down lane. I've adjusted the surface for a couple of patterns and it goes back and forth well. It will have some shine on it tonight for league & get nice and scuffed for Earl Anthony pattern this weekend. This is a must have piece.

Envy Tour
If you liked the Obsession Tour you are going to love the Envy Tour!!! This ball is very predictable and doesn’t quit when it gets to the pins. One of things that I didn’t like the Obsession Tour is it would tend to wiggle down lane and eventually I would start leaving flat 10’s. The Envy Tour allows me to move in and still get the ball to continue through the pins. I’m very impressed so far with it and can see me using this on a variety of patterns.

Very Versatile
I really like the shape of this ball as it is really close to the Obsession Tour. Smooth ball motion, controllable and doesn't burn up like other big balls tends to do.
I can use this ball in many patterns, including burnt patterns.
Used this ball in a local 8 game tournament, was able to stay with the ball throughout the tournament.

Love the shap
I really liked the shape this ball gives me. Because of the lower diff this ball does not seem to burn up like other strong balls. This will be my heavy oil long pattern ball that I should be able to stay in for more than a game of two.

smooth, continuous, forgiving, strong in the oil

Hammer Envy Tour Solid Review!!
Hammer Envy Tour Solid Review
Stats: LH: Speed – 17.0; RPM – 350; AT – 19; AR – 55
Layout: 45 x 5” x 40
Hammer’s newest Top Shelf launch, the Envy Tour Solid, is a newly engineered version of the popular Obsession Tour Solid featuring several improvements that should surely get lots of attention. The Envy Tour was developed to add a stronger and more responsive cover to the Obsession Tour core, creating that same unique shape, just more of it. I chose the layout I did to get the ball to roll forward a little sooner due to my slightly higher tilt, but transition a bit slower to really utilize that longer, stronger roll phase of ball motion. I have used it on a couple of different patterns and here is my assessment:
42 ft. THS (typical house shot): The Envy Tour Solid has been a very strong ball for the house shot in two centers I frequent. What I love about this ball is that it chews through the oil, makes a defined move off the spot, but is still predictable enough to control from shot to shot. Very versatile to cover changes, I took mine from box finish, down to 1000 and back up to 3000 polished, and it responds to all of those very well. If you are seeing too much early hook, take the cover up to 4000, too much length, just sand it to 1000 or even 500, it takes to those changes extremely well! Do not be afraid to adjust the surface to your game, this ball can handle it!
36 ft. Viper pattern: I roll on this pattern every Tuesday, and the Envy Tour Solid was the best ball in my bag on the fresh, alongside the Purple Pearl Urethane. Projection and speed control are key, and the Envy Tour at 3000 was the perfect matchup. It rolled forward perfectly and hit heavy through the pins, carrying the off pocket hits extremely well. As the night progressed, I was able to move slightly further inside, roll the ball firm off my hand, and it saw the friction consistently, making my moves easier and more trustworthy, resulting in higher scores and more confidence in the ball.
If you are looking for that “benchmark” ball reaction from a high end asymmetric, chews through the oil like the bigger solids but with a strong, continuous finish, look no further than the Hammer Envy Tour Solid. Available now from Bowler Builders Pro Shops, and at pro shops everywhere! Nothing hits like a Hammer!

Hammer Envy Tour
I couldn't wait to get holes in this bowling ball. This ball features a modified Obsession Asym core. This is a good piece to have in your bag if you are looking for something smooth with a stronger overall hook. It is not jumpy off the spot but it sure does save up alot of energy to hit through those pins.

Hammer Envy Tour
I recently punched up the new Hammer Envy Tour. The new Envy Tour features a modified Obsession asymmetric core. As expected in a tour edition ball, the RG was lowered as was the differential, compared to the original Envy, to create an early, smooth, slower response type of motion. Surrounding the modified Obsession core is a black Envy Solid cover (same cover as original Envy) finished at 1000 Siaair. The layout in the ball is 50 x 5 x 25 and thrown at box surface. I tried it on leftover Kegel Neon- our house's THS, and a 42 foot higher volume challenge pattern.
The concept behind the Envy Tour was to build on the successful Obsession/Obsession Tour combination by creating a Tour edition Envy which is similar in shape to the Obsession Tour...just more overall hook. Admittedly, when I tried it, it was on leftover THS and given how aggressive the box surface is, I had to use loft and as soft a hand as I could to make the Envy Tour work. That being said, the motion that the Envy Tour shows is clear- it reads early and indeed very smooth and controllable. This ball should be fantastic on medium to higher volume fresh patterns (especially at box surface) where slower response equipment is preferred. On the challenge pattern, the ball was again, early and smooth but with excellent continuation.I think this ball will be in play on a variety of patterns distances. I absolutely see this ball in play on fresh sport patterns. Again, the designers at Hammer, in my opinion, hit the target with their stated goal for the Envy Tour.

Smooth motion with more
I really like my Obsession Tour. The Envy Tour gives me the same motion, but more of it. The little extra turns a would be flat 10 into a strike. But there is not over jump off the spot. A very controllable reaction exactly what you would expect from a “Tour” version. I have had a good look on both house shots and PBA patterns. Being a tweener, I was very impressed on how well the Envy Tour worked when I had to play way left. I was not expecting it to go through the pins as well as it did. It gives me a different motion that anything other ball I have.

Envy Tour
Hammer and Brunswick Family are on fire lately! The Hammer Envy Tour is another ball that is a must have! If you loved the Obsession Tour, you will love the Envy Tour. It has that extra hook that you did not have with the Obsession Tour. Where you may have changed balls from the Obsession Tour because it could no longer kick out that 10-pin, look no further then the Envy Tour. This ball has provide a lot of versatility and allows me to open up the lanes a bit more than what I did with the Obsession Tour without losing performance! Plus, its a Black Ball!! You know any black ball is a must have! :)

Envy Tour
I was super excited about this release because the Obsession Tour has been my favorite ball over the past year. I drilled it the same way, DOT (pin) in the ring finger, the MB just to the right of my thumb, and the Envy Tour didn’t disappoint. It has the same smooth and controlled down lane motion, but it’s at least 3 boards stronger than the Obsession Tour. The only negative is that it’s too much ball, with the box surface, for my lighter oil league shot.

ENVY Tour - All you ever need!
Let me start this with I loved my Obsession Tour……….”Loved” is the opportune word. Because I now have a new love. The Envy Tour is AMAZING. The Obsession core with the ENVY cover. Its truly AMAZING. This ball rolls like the Obsession Tour but just stronger. If you ever felt like your obsession could be a little earlier and maybe a pinch stronger. THIS is the ball for you. It rolls so good and keeps the pins low as it destroys the rack. I found the ENVY Tour to be about 3-4 more boards stronger than my Obsession Tour and about 3 feet sooner where it started to roll and pick up. I was able to go a little straighter with some speed and also swing the lane and it rolls just as smooth in either place. Envy Tour is about 3 boards less than my ENVY and not quite as strong overall. Such a good piece to have in your bag!

Smooth Control!
When I heard about this new ball, I was skeptical. I have had a huge amount of success with the Obsession Tour, and it is one of my go to pieces in my arsenal on tough shots. How could they improve on this one was a against all odds. When I drilled it I used the same drilling as my Obsession, 55 x 4 ½ x35 pin up. This new ball has the very same predictable motion, but is a good 6 and 3 stronger. So clean thru the front part of the lane, smooth as silk on the back and goes thru the pins fantastic. This will be a great addition to my tournament arsenal.
